Our sites can accommodate a number of events, of varying sizes. From 10 to 300+ people, we can flex between banquet, cocktail, & theatre style events.

Please note, each event space will have capacity changes to accommodate meal service, event type, furniture needs, etc. The capacities listed below are to be used as a starting point - ESE reserves the right to change the allowable guest count for any site on the property based on the real and actual event details.

• Extended Stave House | 50 indoors, 75 with patio, up to 200 with extended grass area outside.

• The Pavilion | 100 banquet, 150 theatre style, 200 cocktail, 250+ with extended grass area

• The Rickhouse | 200 banquet, 250 theatre, 300 cocktail, 350+ with extended grass area
