Inclusions

We make it easy to walk in the door and host your event, without all the extra hidden fees or rental needs. Each venue rental comes with a base number of tables, chairs and linens. Additional items can be added, should you need or want them. The chart below gives a basic overview of what is included in your rental - but please reference your contract for the exact list of items included in your package.


PAVILION

  • 1 cocktail table for every 20 people

  • linens for all tables

  • 1 banquet table for every 100 people

  • white padded garden chairs

EXTENDED STAVE HOUSE

  • 5 cocktail tables - 100 people

  • 10 cocktail tables - 200 people

  • 2 banquets for every 100 people

  • Linens for all tables

THE RICK HOUSE

  • 1 round table for every 10 people (100 guests - 10-5ft round tables)

  • 4 banquet tables (6ft and 8ft banquets available)

  • White folding garden chairs (contracted in increments of 50)

  • 1 bar (100 people) / 2 bars (200+ people)

  • Linens for all tables (Any solid color poly linen)


Additional Rentals:

All “heavy rentals” must be rented through the venue, unless otherwise approved in writing. This includes, but is not limited to: Tables, chairs, staging, pipe & drape, trusses, dance floors, bars, heavy furniture, bourbon barrels, etc.

Additionally, all cloth rentals must go through the venue, including but not limited to; linens, napkins, runners, chair covers, etc.

The venue can provide a quote for any additional items desired - the venue will cover all set up and breakdown of items owned in-house.
